Found this at a yard sale this week, its from 1904. It has recipes for fixing squirrel, deer, pigs feet, and tongue, among others.

Looking for fruit/mason jars, any Bainbridge, Chillicothe, Hillsboro, Greenfield or Toledo Ohio bottles, items from Shurts Dairy in Mason, Ohio, as well as anything from the C.S. Bell company (Foundry from Hillsboro Ohio)

I would assume blue grass tastes a lot like green grass. Never cared much for it myself.
