I have just dug up..... well, actually...uncover would be a better term.....  a Davis Pain Killer Bottle. My question is........  I see many Davis Veggie Pain Killer bottles, however, this one is not embossed with "Vegitable".  It is embossed with Pain Killer on Both sides.  Is it older - newer - or just different? The older bottle are typically more squarish, with shorter necks, while the later bottles tend to have the longer neck and sloping shoulders.  Your bottle looks to me like a later bottle, but I am by no means an expert on dating them. The Little Rhody Bottle Club book does not list a variation without the "vegatable" embossing. Hopefully it's a one of a kind! The 'DAVIS' embossing looks more crude than on the later ones.
