ZANE...I dug one of those back in 1981 in Abingdon, VA. Later, I sold it without ever learning what it was,etc.
Couple years ago, I bought one from a guy in VA, so it may have Southern origins. This example had a partial and faded label. Town & State gone, but it was a Liver Kidney & Stomach Regulator.

Cool find, Zane. I have a Dr. Sagamore's Botanic Oil bottle that I was never able to find much info on. Very likely the same guy. ~Jim

Blast from the past...

  I saw the thread for the Botanical Oil but that is all I have seen about the "Fine Dr. Sagamore". I don't think it's in Matt's book either. Thanks for the replies guys.
