They are the later transfer printed types which is basically a fired and glazed china clay where a decal is place on the surface and then fired again. Many collectors refer to them as "Over Glaze" prints where as the Pratt types are often referred to as "under-glaze" prints for obvious reasons. If you look carefully at your first image you will see folds in the transfer at 3 o'clock and again at 9 o'clock. This is a tell tale sign. The Pratt type lids however have two registration marks where the plates are lined up and each consecutive plate is then printed until the registration or outline plate, is printed last. If you look at this lid you will see those circles. This lid exists with and without the pearl border which may account for the two registration marks on either side. Hope this helps.
