here is a better pic of the bitters color i still say burgandy anyone else wish to say there thoughts

and 1 with just the light above bottle
with no direct light thru it looks black glossy

i wish  i bought this one cause i liked the color and just the apeal of the bottle design in general but i love that color

I've seen that color called Puce, Gasoline Puce or Apricot Puce.

To me it looks like a maybe a deep cherry puce.  But that is just my opinion.

That is a killer nice barrel, Bob. It is definitely a beautiful puce color. I can't decide if it's more red (cherry puce) or purple (plum puce). Either way, it's a beauty! ~Jim

i like that thought of color black cherry it does look like those cherries from the store like a blackish red purple sounds good to me thanks for everyone looking i wil be going on vacation for a week for 25th anniversary and see what i can find in those out of the way places talk with you all soon

yep 25 years is a long time for me and the wife but we put up with each other and yes going northern california coast and into oregon and see where we end up thanks for all the comments

Wow thats a great color and one you dont see very often. I have an OP bottle in that color and I would call it a dark Cherry Puce or Black Cherry  Great buy!
