MY question is if I have a dollar or 5dollars can I send that ? Also, there are no set rules for members forum auctions. You can do an auction and ask the winner to pay postage. As long as you define that up front there should not be a problem. Its a bit tough to do an auction without photos. Not that he wouldn't appreciate it, but the main office so to speak is located in England and to convert US funds to British Pounds through their banks is costly. US money is no good anywhere, not even in the US. The easiest way to do it is have a buddy make a donation in your name through PayPal. Or you could send the cash to a forum member and they could make the donation. I never had any trouble converting dollars to pounds, peso, beaver pelts, or whatever they used for currentcy in the countries I have visited.
