Hey Sherry, Welcome to the forum. The can looks like it may be pretty cool and I know that you can still get Old Taylor but your pictures are pretty small and it is hard to tell what you have. If you will go back into each post [EDIT button to the right side of screen] and inlarge them I will try to help.

Thank you, Warren and Mike.
It says E.H. Taylor and sons on the bottom front. On the back label it says its been bottled under the act of congress march 3, 1897. An act to allow the bottleing of distilled spirits in bond. It goes on to say it cant be reused.
It has a wood like top on a cork
The label is pretty good for being so old, I think.
Is it worth keeping?
It seems to have a green and white sticker at the neck...kind of like a tax kind it says pint.
Im not sure the pic will come out

Don't worry about pic problems, We all went through it. The Taylor is a definite keeper. May not be worth millions but a keeper.

What do the can say.

That can would probably sell nicely on EBay if you don't want it. There is a decent market for Black Americana, and from what I can see that one looks to be in really nice condition.

Just a heads up :)

Best,
~Julie

They were really into malt products. Very nice cans. You just don't see enough good ones very often.

They sure were into malt products. You don't see many nice cans like that very often. Great finds.
