I have collected for a long time and this is the first good crock lid that I have seen for sale.

Very cool pair! I find them once in a blue moon. (Crock lids) Maybe they resembled early frisbees a little too much.

Hey guys.. not to hijack your thread, but I found a bunch of busted crocks, some w/ nice cobalt, there is 1 lid that  I have nearly complete, pieced together. ( all but some chips). It is at the site in the woods . Looks like a good chance for a glue back.  I have most of that crock it goes w/ laying there  as well.  Never done a glue back....  any thoughts?

It's kind of fun in an odd way to try and reassemble them....If it looks like it's mostly there, give it a try...Most folks use elmers glue and say it works fine....along with having the option to soak it back apart, if you ever wanted to have it professionaly redone.
