I found a little poison bottle in one of my creek dumps today. Took a 5 inch rain after a long drought to get it outta there.  All I had to do was pick it up. Pretty neat looking little bottle.  Has the quilted/ hobnail /lattice look on one side.  the other side is slick, like for a label.  2 and 7/8 inches tall, oval shape. Don't find many poisons 'round here and never found one like this. Any info greatly appreciated.

The only thing better than the broken glass and dirt going down the back of your pants is that bottle you're about to uncover.

Nice find, Dan. That is a KO-6 Sharp and Dohme poison. A fairly common poison, but also one that you don't see very often compared to some. Value is in the $10-20 range. ~Jim

Hey Tony, everything is going Okay down this way.  It's been all about work and the almighty dollar with me lately.  Starting to get back into some beautiful digging weather down here though.  I hope to get something besides work going here pretty soon.  Good luck on the digs up there, my friend. We'll be hollering at ya later on.
