I like that little Derringer.  It reminds me of a story about my great grandmother chasing off a would be burglar with her's.  I remember my grandmother saying something about it having a pearl handle.

The stud through the barrel is a dead give-away that's it's a toy.  May have been designed that way .  All of my cap pistols (back in the day) had the stud through the barrel.  I shot many a cap in  toy pistols. The ol man sold them in the store so there was an endless supply.  Brother  and I would spend endless hours practicing our quick draw.  Anyway, nice pistols.  Never cared for the derringers as a kid because you had to put one cap in at a time.  Loved those six-shooters that you could load a whole roll of caps in at one time.  Do kids still play with cap pistols today?
