I went digging with my friends dad and me friend showed up for less than half of the dig and he got a third share and to beat that he got first pick! an Indian Sagwa by someone and bigelow I'm geussing from pittsburgh because there is a bigelow street there. I did end up with a milk from steubenville that was unlisted and a few other goodies but I'm pretty jacked! Here is a pic of the Rumsford Chemical Works ink I took as my first pick. It's not too shabby but it sure doesn't have an Indian embossed on it like the Bigelow bottle

I just figured it out. I just googled it and found 2 for less than 55 dollars. I'm hoping I lucked out by stupidity. what do ya think of the ink, gunther? I did get a couple of nice medicines and a decent crock though. I don't feel nearly as bad as before but it is dirty to not even be there for half of the dig and get first pick!

The rumford bottle isnt an ink. Although it does look a little like the Carters cathedral inks.

Here's one with a label. It was an alkaseltzer type product.
They are a cool color and come in various sizes.

Look familiar? LOL. Just figured I'd get you fired up again. ;) There are actually alot of different types of this bottle. There are several different indian heads and depending on which one it is determines the value. Chris Capley

thanks gunther. I did luck out on a milk thank goodness. First bottle possibly for a Steubenville Dairy. I did know it was good, first one my bottle mentor has ever seen and he's been in it for 30+ yrs. He's got dibs on it for when I get more and or poorer. Here's a nice pic of it and A pic of a local medicine to follow directly. Thanks for the education Gunther angain. By the way the was the best pick after all.
