Holian, Called "Over the Barrel".  Both cover the brewing history of Cincinnati.  Volume 1 covers the years 1800 to 1920.  If you can get a hold of the book, or find someone who has it, there might be some good info on the Crown Brewery.  Rick (in reply to zanes_antiques) Post #: 2

Like I stated, I have only seen them in crown tops. I never did try and do any research on this brewery, but it was told to me once that this brewery was in bussiness for only a few years in the early 1900s. It is one of the crown top beers from Cincinnati I have seen the least of as for crown tops beers, but never did see them bring any kind on money to amount to anything, at least not in this area. I think the last one I saw go of on ebay was seven or eight dollars. Crown Brewing Co. 1904-1919 Brewery operations shut down by Ohio Prohibition in 1919 Status of the building is unknown.
