fyi, thought you might be interested in this recent article, goes into a lot of depth on how mouth-blown bottles were made, by which glass companies, especially western, etc.:

Indeed, however when asked where people finds bottles he ignored those of us the scuba dive for them.  Therefore I am miffed at him!
