I also picked up this very nice light green Masons Improved, I really liked the color and crudeness of it. The words Trade mark around the cross are really faint like they were added, as well as it looks like there was somthing else under the word Mason, it almost looks like there is an S orG under the M. Thanks for any info or input.

Nice jar ya have there....that is a reworked mold.....It use to say GLASSBORO TRADEMARK IMPROVED......I think I have a quart somewhere...

I found it at a flea market this past summer.....

Rdbk #1733... book price is $25-30... I think mine sold on ebay in the $15-20 range ,so your in the ballpark.

Thanks for the info. I really like the crudeness and color of this jar.Is the light green a common color like Aqua?.

There is a light olive green qt listed and books $300-$500, sometimes pictures can be really tough to tell the color, I don't see olive on My monitor though, either way a nice jar!
