I have heard from Tom Haunton. I was right and wrong it seems concerning these flasks. The difficulty comes because they were all made in the same mold but by different makers.
Here's the email I got from Tom:

The mold for the Diamond bottle was made for Clayton, NJ antiques dealer Roland Whilden sometime in the 1940s. Whilden had quite a few molds made in different designs which he then had glass produced in by a number of different glass makers in South Jersey - Clevengers among them. Whilden died in 1948, leaving the molds to his wife, Myrtle. Upon her susequent marriage to Allie Clevenger in 1950, all the molds became part of the Clevenger catalog. The  green diamond bottle , ( Spence's),  looks to be a Clevenger, while I suspect the blue one to be made at one of the other companies. Hope this helps! All the best, Tom PS The mold to the Diamond bottle was sold at Freemans Auction in Philadelphia a few years ago when Jim Travis put a number of Clevenger molds up for sale.

Here's a pic of that mold...excuse the lines but Tom explains it's required for the book he's doing on The Clevengers.

While I'm at it...a plug for Tom's book or CD on Booz cabins (available on eBay under  JERSEYANA ID), and additional info about the Clevenger book.

For those looking to discern which Booz bottle they have, I still have copies of the CD version of my "Tippecanoe and E. G. Booz Too!" book that details the six original McKearin listed cabin bottles from American Glass, as well as the 50 plus of their repros - mostly Booz bottles.

I'm working towards finishing my book on 20th century South Jersey glass this summer. Writing most of the text this year after twenty years of research, interviews, and photography. All Clevenger production will be detailed - one reason it's taken so long! - as well as glass from about thirty other small glass operations such as Dell, Hofbauer, Larson, Marks, and many more.

All the best,

Tom Haunton
