Pat, looks like you all must have had a great time.  Great pics!!  Thanks for sharing all of those pics with us.   I like those jars, but I sure would have like to see those cone inks in person too!    And everybody came home with something for their collections, that's great.    Glad Tyler did well too.  Keep encouraging him, it's a great hobby.
Take care and good luck finding more for your collection(s)
Paul

Just a note - I wasn't there Friday.  I could have been if I'd had a babysitter for Shaun.   So, couldn't make it until Saturday; got there a few minutes before 9.  They were good to me; gave me the first table inside the door.  I didn't give as many magazines away as I usually do at a show - but figured it was because most people that came by didn't know they were free (forgot my "Please take one - they're free" card.  But lots of people came by, and at least stared at me until they figured I didn't bite. :)   The best part was getting to meet people I hadn't met before - like Pat and Matt Dempsey and a few others that I knew by name but hadn't met in person.  About an hour before the show ended, while things slowed down enough to walk thru the aisles, I went around and took photos.   If you haven't checked them out yet, I've got the link to them on my little bit of cyberspace.   If you wonder how I know all those people - I didn't, so I started out with an empty camera, knowing it would start with picture #1, then as I took a photo, I wrote down next to the number who and what - with whatever comments I got, otherwise, I would never have remembered all those people.  A couple people was curious as to what I was writing down and sneaked up to take a peek - then laughed when they saw stuff like, "#19  blue shirt, white house stuff, who, where" on the list in case I got the numbers messed up< I could still figure out who was who.  Later, Mr. Blue Shirt came over to the table (after I got back to mine) and teased me about it, saying, "Remember me, I am the guy with the blue shirt from Strasburg" and laughed.  What could I do but admit I was "guilty as accused."

Then Pat came over and teased me - telling me he'd gotten my picture earlier, when I didn't know who he was.  So, I wasn't the only stinker there with a camera....huh?

If you were at the show and didn't come over and yell at me, please do at the next show.  I promise I don't bite (and I'll give you lots of magazines).  Whether you read much or not, you can still look at the pictures.

Well-I made it, but barely.  I had it in my mind the show was over at 3pm on Saturday.  I got there at noon, made one pass thru, turned around and everyone was packing up. I passed on several bottles thinking I had more time. Most of the dealers had already packed up that I wanted to go back to.  Missed seeing Pat, missed my CV bottles, did get to see Kathy (thesodafizz) before she left the building.  What a screwed up day for me!!  7 hour round trip drive for 45 minutes of the show.  Oh well, maybe  I will do better next year.

Hey Kathy!  I was catching up on reading some of the posts and saw my name.  I must have an imposter or an evil twin because I wasn't at this show.  Wish I was.  It looks like it was a good one.

Are you still accepting pics for the new book?
