Hey, I agree on the value unless it is of local interest to someone. I've learned after alot of years, if you want to clean the paint, wet the bottle, take a spec of Bar Keeper's Friend on your finger and gently rub the paint with your finger while the bottle is wet. I've never had a problem but once, on a bottle with thin white paint that I rubbed through. Clean it in a well lit area so you can keep an eye on your progress, and leave well enough alone...sometimes you just can't get it all clean. By the looks of that bottle, it may be too stained, but you never know. Start on the writing on the back, they try the front.
