small man shaped bottle - 12/31/2004 9:53:12 PM    lynda   Posts: 2 Joined: 12/31/2004 Status: offline Hello, I'm new here so forgive me if I don't do something right. I have a 2-1/2 inch tall clear seamed bottle in the shape of a man with a checked jacket and a frown on his face. I would like to know if anyone has ever seen one? And what did it hold? A doctor used to live on this farm back in the early 1900's so I'm thinking it has to do with something medicinal. There seems to be no marking. I should have taken a photo of the opening. It lookes like the type of opening like a Tobasco Sauce bottle. You don't want too much at once to come out. Your little bottle could be a candy container, but it could also have been a liquer sample. It's much too small to be a pickle relish jar, and the mouth is too narrow.
