Need a little help on this one???  First off let me start with I know you like pics and I will attatch one this evening to this but I'm at work right now so not possible to send pic and must keep this short...lol  Anyway while digging this weekend. I found a 5" tall cobalt blue bottle almost 2" by
1 1/4". On the front very faint Says " EVER LASTING"  In script below it says BLACK DYE Baltimore MD. On the neck it says 3oz. I would like to know more of the history. When I look it up I get EVER LASTING Mason Jars, but nothing on this black dye all cobalt blue bottle.  If i had to date it with my little experience I would say 1910-1930. It looks like it was in a cold mold due to the LIGHT EMBOSSING, COLD LINES ALONG BOTTOM, and very slightly concave front - witch seems to help atribute to the light embossing.   If anyone can give me some info would be great....I guess value would be nice also- But I have not sold bottles I dig. They become personnal because I dug them or I give them as gifts if I do not want them in my collection / or have doubles.
I have not been digging but maybe a half year - Just have not seen this one anywhere yet????
I will post pic by 2100 tonight.  Thanks again to all at this site and to those who read or reply.
I really enjoy this site.
Digging to keep a piece of history !!
PS. Interesting found this not far from a stack of News papers dated Aug,13th 1921. How they lasted 86 years is beyond me. I think it was because they where stack protecting the middle ones like a book. Interesting read though.

They were made by the E-JAY-R manf company out of NYC and Baltimore.
They are pretty common in cobalt, less common in aqua.

Thanks Jon. Wish I had more time to work on the website.
I get VA bottles every so often , they usually sell pretty fast. I'll try to remember you are looking for them. You looking for Tidewater VA, Western VA, or just VA in general?
