I dont have nearly as many bottles as the rest of you. I've probably had close to 400 of them since I started digging a little over a year ago but currently have about half that since I frequently get rid of them. I thought having about 200 was a lot.....most of you have several thousand.....its amazing!

I said that I used to have 400 but have around 200...Well,  I took pictures and counted my bottles...I have 169. I've been getting rid of bottles left and right and keeping the really neat ones. Here is my collection.

here ya go pat heres some of my redlines i found like 6 more when i was putting those up that i didnt get a picture of. and here is a few treasure hunts there is around 500 of those in my collection and probably 30 more red lines at my moms. and a picture of my sons 1967 barracuda

Nice collection! I had all of the regular 68-76 cars including the gold open hood scoop Mustang W/deep dish wheels, Staff car and Yellow Mining semitruck. The Hot Wheels red line club is pretty cool. I buy cars here and there from them. They recently sold a nice 1966 Batmobile with redlines that should prove to be a poular model. I mainly collected the originals from 1990-1992 and sadly unloaded most of them. Ive still got a few originals. The money shouted at me! LOL!

I knew a guy who bought out a basement full of toys a few years back. He had stuff from the sixties up through the middle eighties. I bought a lot of toys from him. Had a complete set of Voltron and M.A.S.K. toys as well as a lot of 270 Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars still in the blisterpacks form the middle to late seventies and up through the middle eighties. eBayed or sold all the Redlines as well as some of the others , but still have a bunch of the others. I was surprised that some of the ones that weren't redlines bought as high as 55 dollars. Prompted me to buy a price guide book on them. Never tried hard to really sell the rest of them. Thought about saving the rest of them for my Grandsons. But then too , they never show much interest in them as for collecting them.

Krystle,
I love the fact that u go and dig with ur son that's really sweet as u look so young yourself.Sounds like ur making happy memories he'll never forget with u. I still really like that spider bottle and that clock bottle looks neat and does it have a star on the back on on it?

Keep up the good work, I admire ur spunk and determination to keep searching. One day you'll have that big collection but you'll look back at these special bottle cause these are the ones one found with ur son and there's nothing like that.I'm going plant some in my yard just for my grandkids to dug up just in case we don't make it to the place I want to take them. I want them to get the thrill of a find and the feel of dirt in their hands. Yeah, I want them to make memories with me digging up bottles in my garden.
Keep on saving what ya love darling....

but, Dream big....For the what you dream is out there for you to find too! Good Luck.
