Here in the Northwest, we're still waiting for spring to arrive. Evening temps are in the 50s and highs during the day in the low 70s. Lotta rain and overcast skies allows us to cut sod in backyards to access privies without fear of dead grass. Excavated five sites in the last three days and now going to take sunday off. Will do a little permissioned probing, however, taking advantage of the cooler-than-normal weather for this time of year.

I remember that Texas heat when I was there for a while with the 2nd Armored Div. at Fort Hood. Cracked an egg on the top of the turrent one day and watched it fry ! You can imagine what it was like on the inside. No air conditioning in those babies at that time !  Wonder if there is air in them now, probably not. Its supposed to hit 93 here today with high humidity. You guys can have that 100 crap !

I was on top of a mountian somewhere in the wilds of Dickenson County Virginia today (that's deep in Southwest Virginia for those who don't know), I don't know how hot it was, but it was hot.
