I would love to have a bottle with Cape Fear on it  
Back to the Paw-Paw....That was near bottom and that pit was dipped silly so 80s is about right.

Thanks Buster...
 I gave most of the stuff to the home owner she is a
   8th grade History teacher.We threw in some dated 
    Carter cone inks, she got a kick out of those.We 
    dug a pit next door today after work it was a 
    bust! only went 3 foot and was dipped clean!oh wait!my buddy got a marble hahaha thats the brakes.I
   am working on a permission for a big 1850s house
   but its not in the bag until you got that shovel in the
   ground  Any way thanks for the nice words. Rick

We went to the dump today to kill some time.Got a few commons and a stag knife handle,also a thing that looks like some sort of knitting needle.It looks like its made of Ivory.maybe its not a knitting needle,but that my guess.It was hotter then hell-0 there today!Something must be wrong with us

We found a bear claw in a privy once,this was found in the dump.

Zane there is a small chip out of the base,well there was my buddy fixed it.I will get a pick when I go to his house,he has it. What year do you think that is? it looks older then the items we were pulling out.I know that kind of stuff sits in cupboards a long time,until they are busted or chipped then tossed in the ole hole.

1850's-1860's would be my guess.  That's a nice piece! how big was the chip?
