Finally I was able to find one really old good bottle, at a booth with no other bottles, I asked how much for this and he said $5.00.  I didn't even haggle.
Half pint double eagle flask, not pontiled, no damage other than a little haze.  I don't know that much about flasks but my guess at value is about $60.  What y'all think?

    Jay,

I don't know the mold # off hand but you did good, that mold is scarcer than most SB midwest double eagle molds..I'm assuming it is a half-pint.I'm thinking somewher around double your $60 estimate maybe more..I have one that I have had for a long time that is out being cleaned. I've always referred to it is as double pigeon flask, being it is an awfully crude looking eagle. Great score.

Doug, thank you for the nice comments.  See, even a Texas boy can find a good bottle once in awhile.  I see what you mean about the pigeon flask.  Here is a picture of the bottom of the bottle.  The seam comes down the sides and then onto the base and then curves around the middle.  What kind of mold is that called?
Before I saw your post, I was just taking pictures of some bottles for ebay and thought about putting that flask for auction and I decided I like that bottle too much and would keep it for awhile.
Jay

I've seen that yard sale on TV specials, ads, etc.  Would love to have to have the time to stop and smell the roses along that trip.  Thanks for sharing the post and pictures..Ron
