I'm glad someone resurrected this thread. Now I can die happy and go to bottle heaven. I think the word wow has already been used here about twenty times, so I'll rephrase it with "Wowzee!" I've never seen anything like it ... except maybe wonkapete's "museum." No wonder no one can find anything these days. Digger has'em all!  I love bottle collecting as much as the next person, but I'm 58 years old, and if I had a collection like the one shown here I think I would be sippin' Corona's and lime in the Bahamas right now.

Hey digger ~

What's the story on the one below that I "borrowed" from your photos?  Great collection. I wish I had been around in 2009.

I dug that and another that was broke in a teens era dump. I never have run across another out digging. I tried to do some research on it but could never find out anything. I saw one posted on here but the person like myself had no info on them. It is neat with the big happy moon face. It would have to date from around 1915 as all the soda bottles I dug with it were amber cokes high script and they went out around 1915-1916 with the introduction of the hobbleskirt. dm

Pickman's Chocolate comes in three sizes and is from one of the Hudson River towns between Albany and NYCity. I may have some information on the bottler somewhere. I see these occasionally so they are not rare in NY.

This has to be the best post I have read (and seen) in a long time. Was having one of those days where nothing goes right, but this post just puts all of that out the window. Great collection(s).
