LOL. I do have a couple of other possible sites that could have privies on them but will be waiting till fall to really explore when all the brush dies away for the winter. I'll be sure to post then.

Great finds KB. Congrats on your finds and thanks for sharing the pics with us. I used to collect the JSP beers. The older JSP bottles do have applied tops. Looks like yours might be one of those and a very interesting color. Good luck finding more great items. Paul

Two more Dr. Daniels.  One on right is a new one I haven't dug yet.  It is a Wonder Worker Liniment Natures Cure for Men or Beast.  I have a Wonder Worker Lotion Natures Healer for Man or Beast, but this is the first one I've seen with Cure on it and Men instead of Man.

A nice Pontil 12 sided utility.  flared lip although about 55% of the lip flare is broken off.  Still cool to dig these.  I just hope there is a nice pontil layer at the very bottom of this dump once I scrape it clean.  The ones I have found are all around the same side of the dump pit.

Also dug a Peruvian Bitters.  Couldn't find too much info on these so welcome any comments or info on them...  I heard this is a California based bitters?

And... lastly... a better pic of the really old and crude JSP  :)  Hope to get out soon.   Didn't get to dig all weekend as I had a heavy schedule and it was ridiculously hot and humid.  I went running Saturday morning at 6 AM and it was already 80 out with 80% humidity here. CRAZY!

Dang man, you're in it now. Follow that layer until its dry and then probe deeper in those holes. You may find more older pockets. My dump digging is getting slower because of all the trash mixed in with the overburden and moving a 7 foot tall wall up the hill. That and a car or trailer frame is in my way. Under that car I'm hitting older stuff and crocks at 6 to 7 feet down. Don't be surprised if you're skimming the top. Good luck and keep on sharing. Awesome stuff!! Swiz

Thanks Swiz!  I really hope there are some deeper layers in there.  The 9 pontils so far from the site has certainly proved the potential... Now I just have to hope there really is a giant layer of intact ones all the way at the bottom.  Hopefully I will get out tm or thurs to keep at it.  fingers crossed.

Do I see an amber square bitters in the back right?  Nice dump, anything that good is hard to come by these days.

The Peruvian Bitters comes in several variants in different shades of amber, yellow, olive and clear glass with different embossing fonts, and oftentimes the "monogram" on the back is completely unintelligible/unreadable.
