7in fruit jar milkglass with daiezys, a cicle , with a s in the
center on bottom.

Hi all,

Most of these were and still are used by floral shops for arrangements. I've got a friend that runs a flower shop and uses these by the case. They stuff it with some of that green styrofoam stuff that holds water and stick flowers in it and it makes for a sturdy and nice looking vase. I've never seen a lid that would fit one though.

I've seen these jars, and like Bob said - they were always without a lid.  I never knew what they were until - check out this auction:  ebay item 200229808647 - complete with lid.  -Tammy
