noise maker? - 10/8/2006 6:48:20 AM    zanes_antiques Posts: 2238 Joined: 9/3/2006 From: Steubenville, Ohio Status: offline I found this, what appears to be a china bugle noise maker, digging a lot in Steubenville yesterday. The reason I say noise maker is because it has some type of cement on the inside of the bell. On the top it says in script "a present" in gold paint. I've never seen one of there before.
