old soda bottle?? - 11/4/2003 11:05:34 AM    annpeck   Posts: 6 Joined: 11/4/2003 Status: offline I'm looking for info on an old soda bottle. I think it is quite old, looking for a date maybe?? 2 part mold, before 1900, no seam over lip. Very thick glass, heavy Rounded on the bottom with "Dublin & Belfast" It says "make sure that each cork is branded" then below that "Cantrell and Cochrane" Help anyone!! I got it from a friend that was digging for clams in the great south bay on Long Island N.Y. ( unfortunately mine has some scratches on it from the rake). (in reply to annpeck) Post #: 6
