hi everyone,  found this little man last tues.  my husband said it is made of pot medal.  needs more cleaning yet.  back  has a piece in the center on the back like it may be attached to something.  not the best pic.   any ideals on this would be appreciated. thanks for looking ,   rhona

Just name him "Rusty." haha  Seriously though, ask the pro's about how to use electrolisis on him to clean him up.   It has to do with using a battery, wires, water, plastic bucket...and something else...

Hey Rhona, that looks like me!!! Pot metal (white metal) cleans up easy enough with warm soapy water and elbow grease. You might try a little clr and a brush or something of that nature. Don't soak it in anything especially acid of any kind. It will disappear in a puf of smoke.

hi  kastoo, warren and steve,  thanks for looking.  i hope i can get it cleaned better.  it might help figure out what it is.  it is just under 5" tall.  if it is a bank,  hope i can find the other half.     rhona
