well cobaltbot that is a 1/2 pint union clasped hands with an eagle on the back. Yes that is a china bugle I believe it was a candy container or a noise maker I'm not sure but there are remnants of soem type of cement inside the bell of the horn. It says "A Present" in gold script on it.
