Has anyone experimented with attaching bottles in a shadowbox?  I'm going to do some sets of items we have found in various ghost towns. 
What about attaching broken pieces?

Clear silicone caulking would be my choice.

Gotta agree with the Lobeymaster, with the silicone you could peel it back off if you wanted to.  Glues would be permanent

Maybe. Any Home Despot. I know Wal-Mart will have it. You'll need a caulking gun but I've also seen it in squeeze tubes like the ones that carry cake icing at the super market. And no I haven't bought icing just to squeeze into my mouth. A can of double fudge maybe.....
