That headstamp is still used on .22s so dating it is about impossible. The other case looks to be a .32 rimfire. There arent any current made firearms for those. But Iam sure theres many around that can still fire. Do a search on .32 rimfires and see what you come up with. Also, look for other items in the area which may help. If its a dump look for bottles/license plates etc that may help get a fix toward a date. (in reply to norflo2norcal) Post #: 2

So they could be pre 1900 or post 1900 or couldve be shot in 2000 if somebody had the gun. With the brass being somewhat corroded away I dont really think they were shot too long ago.
