A pony is a short squat soda or mineral water, sometimes beers. Typically around 7 inches. They can be multi sided like yours or round. They date from 1852 to 1907 or so. I'd date yourn around the civil war

One thing I have learned about bottles is....
if your not digging them out of a shiit hole on a regular basis you get the shakes
