This is a 5 pound honey jar from the stover apiaries. Info I found on the net says d.d. stover started apiary in 1909 in mayhew, mississippi. Then eventually spread to natchez, mississippi, helena, arkansas, and various parts of georgia. The label does say helena, but the state abreviation does not look like georgia or arkansas. Does anyone have information on the stover apiaries?

Your bottle was made in 1942.  The 2 without a period usually mean 1932 and with a period 1942.  With the stippling (all the dots) on the base it makes it hard to determine if your's has a period or not but since the stippling and the script Duraglas on your bottle was developed in the early 40's that makes yours 1942.
