Ok,here is my few. First is Augusta,Ga. second is Vernor Springs-Greenville,S.C.,I think this is an unusaual bottle something I heard about it being tall-thin how about yall Coke people fill me in on the uniqueness of this one. Three and four Columbia,S.C.. Five Sumter,S.C. and bringing up the rear is one from Sally,S.C.. Can someone break out their Porters book and tell me how scarce they [Salley] are. Even though it's broke I'm keeping it on the wall. A little history lesson now. Salley,S.C. was formed in or around 1880 or so by the Salley family,it has done faded into oblivion now. Not a store or busness one there. A few years ago they pulled up the rails. Salleys latest claim to fame is in Nov. when they fry up [out of town] a couple of tons of hog guts or as some people call them chitterlings or chitlins, some festival huh? Called it the chitlin strut and there motto was "It takes guts to strut".I call them what they are hog guts, but I think now even that has passed. Imagaine that. Well gotta go break out the metal detector and go to Pinearea the old Quattlebaum plantation.Come on slave tag. [image]local:// Breakupfiles/4996/8C491932189A4BF6B6E9155683A1C3F3.jpg[/image]
