I was surfing e-bay and found a couple of really green jars. I am not sure if they were repros or not. One seller said he got it an estate sale and was sure it was original.  How can I tell.(so far the prices are awesome).
My ball standard jars came and they are beautiful. Does anyone have lids  for them to sell or trade?

Hi Ghostrider,

There are different genres of the repros. Lightnings, older repro 1858s from the 1970s, newer ones from the 1990s and even newer 1858s made in the last few years. Check my ebay About ME page (link below) for more info on each and how to spot them. If you want me to check them out for you, email me from my ME page and I'll be happy to do so.
