hi everyone,  got out digging for a short time. tues. didn't find a lot. but i did find a really cute jar. these are from 20's and early 30's.  i just scratch around in the newer area.  got a little more cleaning to do.  thanks for looking,  rhona

I know a digger who actually glues things back together if he can find all the pieces.  That crock would be nice, even if it was glued together..

Wildroot hair dressing.  Now that takes you back awhile.  Proctor and Gamble bought it out in 1959.  The plant has been sitting idle for over 25 years.  "Back in the day" as kids now call it,  you got a haircut on a front porch from a part-time barber.  It was a treat to go to town to a real barber shop and get a hair cut and all that smell-good stuff and hair dressing.  Thanks for bringing back a memory of days past.  Keep up the digging and posting.
