I'm brand new and am a little leary of asking questions that have probably been asked a million times. I just bought a used tumbler to clean the insides of bottles I collect. No one that I know has any experience in bottles, let alone cleaning them. I called the manufacturer of the tumbler and he knew nothing but suggested I check out the internet. Thats how I found my way here. I bought the tumbler from a a man who used it to clean bullet casing but I dont think that I would use the same medium.( it looks like kitty litter) What should I use for medium, and where can I get it?

I don't know if your tumbler was designed for bottles. They are pretty specialized. You have to hold the bottle stationary inside. The medium that seems to work the best is tiny cuts of copper wire. Then you add your polishing material. You can get the current info on cleaning from http://jardoctor.com. I have just started tumbling with one of their machines and I'm thrilled with the results.
