I am also going to assume you have no imaging program other than the one that came with Windows. This is not the program I would recommend to do any image work but for simplicities sake it will do. Under START>ACCESSORIES> open up PAINT. In PAINT go to FILE>OPEN then select the Bitmap (.BMP) file you want to convert, wherever it is on your computer. After it is open go back to FILE>SAVE AS and under "SAVE AS TYPE" change that to .JPEG or whatever file type you want to save it as. Then the file should be able to be uploaded.
