what the heck is this thing? - 12/5/2006 1:49:17 PM    zanes_antiques Posts: 2020 Joined: 9/3/2006 From: Steubenville, Ohio Status: offline While digging yesterday I came up with this odd looking item. it appeared to be a shot glass at first glance but when I got it out of the dirt I noticed it wasn't open like a glass but was filled to within a 1/4" of the top with glass. When you look at it it appears now to be a full shot of clear glass. Any ideas? The bottom of it is dwawn up a bit in the center and ground and polished. I think I'll stick with paperweight and not toil over it's origins anymore.
