It turned out this weard color after  I used a buffer on it .it looks a little like copper but I am not shure about that . here is a photo Attachment (1) Post #: 1

Status: offline Matthew Can you make out anything on the back of the fork? What you buffed off was the silver plate. Most flat ware is made out of a base metal then plated with copper then silver.
