I had one of those back when I used to dig 30s dumps and sell my non-local stuff on feeBay. Mine had a small scratch, so I put it up with a Buy It Now of $275. It didn't last a half hour, and the buyer was quite pleased. White House bottles, just like any other type of bottle, have their desirable types that collectors are after. The spouted pint apple jug is one of them. There are also vinegar bottles with the number "617" on the base, which can go from $20 to $50. Those things are unembossed, screw cap and downright ugly, but some White House collectors want them. If there are any White House collectors reading this who need a middle-sized 617, I have one around here somewhere. Just pay the shipping, and it's yours. I won't throw them away when I find them, but I couldn't bring myself to ask for any money for them ~Jim
