There is a thread about this (John Wyeth bottle........interesting - 9/30/2005). There is a pic that looks just like yours. (The only ones I've seen are the cobalt blue eyewash bottles from Wyeth brothers). Maybe you can get some info there.

  Thanks for replying to my posts.. I plan on visiting my friend again soon.. Will take some pics like you said.. she dug these years ago in a dump in the woods behind her house.. with the info you gave me .. I am VVVVVVVVVVVery interested in this dump!!!!! Wish me luck!! Happy Digging Michael

Wyeth was one of the huge wholesale chemists in philly. They made a lot of different bottles and at least dozens of different products.
