My finds included a very early local crowntop that i havent seen before. a base embossed mineral water and a nicee hand gathered amber slag marble. "Nope" he said....about five minutes later as I crawled out of the hole...there is a clay one sitting there.  As Warren once told me...find a milk jar and "load em up".  Best of luck on your digs and keep em coming.  The Hays is a common one but anthing amber is sweet.  Keep that shovel full and tell us about it.  Any chances on some pics of your holes ? ? I didnt care at all about them until i dug my first one and since then im lookin real close haha. Them slags come in sooo many colors . Im workin  on filling up  a clear bunker hill that i just got itll take a while haha. Next time i go out diggin ill bring my camera.
