It's getting close to the end of the year and I've been looking back at the year of digging adventures, it's hard to pick my best dig of the year since there where so many good ones, share some of your best dig storys of the year.

I haven't done much digging this year; been doing too much traveling, and working on building and expanding a few business ventures for the past 9 months has kept me very busy when I would otherwise be digging.

A few nice local bottles were dug and added to the collection, but this was my favorite digging find (via metal detector) of the year:

It's hard to pick just one, I have so many, there all long story's but mean alot to me since it was cool how I found all these places to dig, some have sat for over 100 years until I find them and dig  them up most of the times my best finds were when I wasn't expecting to find anything, while most times I thought for sure I'd find a something, I'd return empty handed.

Well, I didn't take any pictures from my best dig of the year, unfortunately. THIS is the dig that stands out in my mind. THIS technically wasn't a dig, but I turned up quite a few good bottles. HERE we didn't find much for bottles, but I got to spend some quality time with my Dad.
