Hi, welcome,
There's various definitions for "tumbler" but at that height I'd think more like a jigger at most. As for age? Wild guess, 1930-40.

I'm thinking earlier for the "etched" one, maybe 1900 to 1930. The pressed one could be much earlier. Maybe 1870's. Is the pressed one fairly heavy? The pressing looks very crisp.

What are some indicators that you see that give you that time period. I have seen a lot of pressed glass, but don't know the differences between glass from the 1850's & the 1950's.
