Can't say much about it. I believe Muskegon had 3 Central Drug Stores, which had names in addition to "Central Drug Store" (this one is too small to add much more onto it).
Circa 1880s-1890s.
Unknown maker. No scaling.

That's a pretty neat item for a 1/2 ounce Drug Store bottle collector like myself. I have Michigan in my 50 state collection or I would be trying to talk you out of it. Pharmacy / Drug Store bottles' value depends primarily on supply as there are not that many people searching for local stuff. I still need 7 to complete the 50 with little to no hope of doing so. For a Michigan collector it might be quite valuable. Nice bottle.
