Has anyone seen this brown glass 'ESKAY'S ALBUMENIZED FOOD' complete with labels before?
It looks fairly late (by British standards) , but has a date of 1906 on the side!?
It's been consigned to our current auction (now live) with no reserve (+ postage from the UK at pure cost)
LOT 212 - AA AUCTIONS LTD - SALE #5

Any info would be very much appreciated!

Yes I have, they are pretty common over here in the states, although not with the label so much, I have even seen them on e-bay with the contents still in the jar. They are not really popular here and are not worth too much even with contents, I sold mine with labels no contents 7 yrs ago for $15.oo to a foods jar collector..............Andy
