The photos are quite poor, but it is a Patent Dec. 25, 1923, "Christmas Coke" from Bemidji, Mn, I found in a thrift store along with a few others.

The bottom looks more like what I see on post-1960 Coca-Cola bottles, and the walls aren't as thick as my others.

The cap looks incredibly new.

Just curious about when they made these ones and why?

Curious. I kind of remember going out black friday shopping one year and seeing some of these, but I don't recall when or where. Hope you find out.

The cap looks a bit newer to me, with that black code printed across it. I usually see that after the mid 1980s.

the other tell tall sign is the smooth embossing . the original would have a more crisp look and feel . I have dug case worn bottles with better embossing then that.

Porters Coke book sez these were reissued as commemoratives in 1989. should have a very faint 89 date code on skirt among other differances. LEON.
