I found a sample whiskey that has H E HOCHSTADTER Co. Is that German for Hostetter?

Thanks no one. But I got it figured out anyway. And it isn't H.E.Hochstadter Co.. It is THE Hochstadter and I believe the T is laying on it's side. How cool is that?

Here's what we did. The bottle didn't look that good so we took a washable marker and went over the embossing, pressed it onto a piece of paper, and held a mirror over it and took the picture. Thanks Daughter! You can see the seem lines on the edges of the print. Okay, what do you think? More coming if we can figure it out.

Here is the mirror image. What's your opinion? I could be all wrong about this.

Looks like a defect in manufacture of this bottle. I doubt they intended it to read like that.. German name, but most likely an American bottle.. the "Co" gives it away.

What do you suppose the age of this little bottle is? Thanks for the reply. Renee`
